Metaphors for Change: How does learning to know ourselves better help us to live fulfilled lives?
How well do we know ourselves, and why does it matter? If you want to make positive change in your life – have a more fulfilling job, a new or better relationship, more money, better health, more contentment and passion... your first and most important step is to look inside yourself.
So how can we uncover parts of ourselves that are blind to us and integrate them into our conscious day-to-day life? And what does the process of knowing ourselves better involve? What can this way of understanding ourselves bring to our daily lives? In this conversation, we will share stories, ideas, and tools that can open a window to accepting who we really are inside and out.
